Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through it are subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices. By using our Services, you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions presented below, which may be updated or modified by us from time to time. Please visit this space regularly to take note of any changes we make.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw, delete, or modify our Services without prior notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

Availability.

All orders placed through the Site are subject to availability and acceptance by Mouette, and Mouette reserves the right to modify the range of items presented on the Site and, in particular, may limit at any time the quantity of items that the Customer may order in a single shopping session.

Prices, taxes and shipping costs.

All prices shown for products listed on the Site include VAT and do not include shipping costs or other applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. Prices are expressed in Colombian pesos.

Mouette reserves the right to modify prices and shipping costs at any time. Mouette will apply and comply with the Product Price and shipping costs displayed on the Site at the time of order confirmation. If, due to a system error, the correct price for an item differs from the one published on the Site, Mouette will contact the Customer for confirmation before shipping their order. Actual shipping costs and applicable VAT will be specified in the order before the Customer is asked to confirm their order, and will also be included in the Order Confirmation and the invoice (if the Customer wishes to receive an invoice). Shipping costs (if applicable) are detailed in the shipping information available on the Site.

Payment methods.

At Mouette you can pay in 3 ways:

  • SECURE payment with credit/debit card (Visa and MasterCard)
  • PSE
  • Bank transfer

For your added security, credit card payments will be processed through the 3D Secure system, so you may be asked to provide your security code on your bank's website. Mouette will not store the Customer's payment card number or security code.

Payment cardholders are subject to validation and authorization controls by the card issuer. If the payment card issuer does not authorize the payment, the Customer must contact their card issuer to resolve the problem. Mouette is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that may occur. If the user makes payment by credit card, the bank details will be transmitted via a secure protocol to the bank responsible for providing the respective remote electronic payment services, and no third party will have access to them under any circumstances. Such data will not be used by Mouette other than to complete the purchase procedures, issue the corresponding refunds in the event of any charges, and prevent and inform law enforcement in the event of fraud being committed or being committed. To process the Customer's order, the purchase amount will be blocked on the Customer's payment card until the order is shipped to the delivery address provided through the Site. At that time, the Customer will be sent a shipping confirmation, and the purchase amount will be charged to their payment card.

For payments made by bank transfer, the Customer must deposit the money immediately after making their purchase, and MOUETTE will have 3 business days to confirm the payment. Once payment is confirmed, the shipment will be processed.

Orders.

If you place an order through the Site, you must provide the personal information indicated, such as delivery address, billing address, and payment information. MOUETTE reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void orders at any time.

After placing an order through the Site, the Customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order assigned by MOUETTE . It is important that the Customer retain this order reference number in case they have any questions related to it in the future. MOUETTE will send an email confirming the order, which represents MOUETTE 's acceptance of the order.

Delivery policy.

MOUETTE delivers to physical addresses. Once the order has been processed and is ready for shipping, MOUETTE will provide the customer with the tracking number so they can track the status of the order.

Upon delivery, the signature of an adult confirming receipt of the order is required, after which responsibility for the purchased Products is transferred to the Customer.

Shipping costs will depend on the location of purchase.

Return policy

You have the right to return the item(s) only if the item(s) you received were not the one(s) you purchased and the size or color does not match the order.

The time limit for making a return is 5 business days from the first day of receipt. You must notify us of your problem. If the return is approved, you have an additional 3 days from the date of approval to make the shipment.

No refunds will be issued if the item received does not meet the return or exchange requirements. You will receive an identical item within 30 business days. If the item is out of stock, you may exchange it for an item of equal or greater value by paying the excess.

As soon as your return or exchange is approved, we will send you an email notifying you of the return address. Please note that we only accept returns sent through a certified delivery system.

The right to return the item is the customer's responsibility. The customer will choose the carrier of their choice and pay the shipping cost.
